If we are unable to fulfill our obligation, we will provide a replacement of service, refund or credit. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days after the purchase to request a remedy.
We will process all requests within 10 days. The refund, replacement or credit will be in line with the amount paid minus any fees paid to the state, government agencies or third parties.
Delays in state filings are out of our control and are not included in the guarantee.
Strategy changes, name changes or circumstantial changes are not covered in this guarantee.
