Foreign Qualification

Your corporation or LLC is based in the state in which it was formed. If you wish to do business in other states then you will need to Foreign Qualify. 

Foreign Qualifying means you have been given permission by the state to transact business there. Failure to follow the qualification procedures can lead to tax penalties and fines.

We will process a preliminary name check in the state in which you are qualifying, file for a Certificate of Good Standing in the state in which you originally incorporated if you don’t already have one, file the initial paperwork in the states in which you want to do business.
